Mental Health and Well Being Training Programme 2020 – 2021

Online Youth Mental Health First Aid Programme

The Online Youth Mental Health First Aid programme is a blended approach of individual learning and four instructor led sessions.

The cost of the training is £300 and each delegate will receive a manual and a workbook and after successful completion of the four sessions a MHFA certificate.

There are four half day sessions plus some independent study.

The following dates are currently available:

1.30 – 4.00 Monday 9th November                   

1.30 – 4.00 Tuesday 10th November

1.30 – 4.00 Wednesday 18th November

1.30 – 3.00 Thursday 19th November

The normal price for this course is £300 – however if you sign up before 9th October we are offering an Early Bird discount of £50 making the discounted price £250..

Online Youth Mental Health Aware – Half Day Course

The Online Youth Mental Health Aware training is for all staff working with children and young people.

It is delivered through an interactive instructor-led live session, where you will learn:

  • What mental health is and how to challenge stigma
  • An introduction to some common mental health issue
  • Confidence to support someone who may be experiencing mental ill health
  • Ways to look after your own mental health and support wellbeing

The course lasts for 4 hours.

The cost of this training is £75 to include a manual, workbook and certificate on completion.

The Wellbeing Toolkit for Mental Health Leads Training
